iZotope Product Portal
Case Study
An industry-leading audio company should have an industry-leading software delivery system. For a company renewed for it’s design, innovation and user experience, iZotope’s long-stagnant Product Portal app was anything but. Initially designed as a dashboard for iZotope software, it had a number of usability problems and no way for users to discover new applications. Unlike competitors, Product Portal was not essential for users to download or update software. In fact, most users didn’t even know it existed, as it was hidden away on the company website.
Our team of four were confident we could connect with users and industry experts to find the answers that could help transform Product Portal into an app users would love and—with luck—generate new business for iZotope.
